I have Norton Anti-virus the latest edition and in app permissions it ask me a few options in /settings/app permissions it says ransonware protection and browser data protection and options are Blocked Allow or do nothing… what do I want if I don’t want the program interfered with?
reason I having problems with a program lagging and crashing so I am trying to cancel norton out of the equation to find out why its a desktop window game called command modern operations and it downloads data constantly
Hello. As a gamer myself, games can download resources the entire time they’re being used. The game you are referring to most definitely will do so. The other issues are your hardware capabilities and your internet bandwidth capacity. You should allow this program and/or steam as a whole to run without exceptions. Using Steam myself I don’t have the issues where each game title is asking for permissions to run. Cross platform games may do so due to the way they retrieve data from multiple places at one time.
