I am very frustrated with this apparent popup adware even I was not using internet. This just happened a few days ago. See attached file. I use McAfee in my computer when this happened. I call for removal (paid) service from McAfee and they could not remove this adware. I use NIS now and still can't remove it from my computer. Any help to remove is very much appreciated.
This popup shows up periodically and disappear (every 5-10 minutes). Sometime it come with images, apparent ad with some animation. Sometime it is blank. The screen has a title: Dialog. The contents have something to do with Consumerreward.us.com. Sometimes, it has error message from executing the popup.
I have searched Norton's knowledge and could not find any helps (surprisingly). It happens again as I type. (See attachment 2&3) It seems to do no harm to the pc except that it is very annoying.
