Confused. I was a Bullguard customer for years, which was straight forward, intuitive and had everything on a clear desktop dashboard. Then they chucked me over to Norton. I was told I was being given "Norton 360 for Gamers" - even though I'm not a gamer! This is what my Norton dashboard states at the top (see attachment).
But now it seems my subscription is "Norton GO Deluxe". Via chat I was told they are different things, that "GO Deluxe" has certain settings for gamers but doesn't provide VPN... but those were the only 2 differences quoted. I'm not a lot wiser! Is GO a grade up from 360? or more basic? or simply different?! I cannot find "Norton GO Deluxe" listed on the website as a Norton product (is it genuine?!). If my dashboard has the incorrect title, does it show other incorrect information too?? Exactly which bits of the dashboard, or Norton's products, can I trust??? And then I click on "My Norton" on the dashboard and it opens up another very different dashboard with loads more settings...
All I want is basic virus protection and internet security, for just one device. Can anyone provide me with a full specification for Norton GO Deluxe, please, so I can compare it with the spec' for Norton 360 products that are detailed online? At the moment I am struggling to work out how GO and 360 compare.
And if anyone knows how I can get my dashboard to show the correct info, I'd be a lot more confident in Norton. Thanks.

Safe Web browser extension is separate install.
Norton browser extensions are separate installs.
for example:
"Safe Web/Antiphishing: Installed" means Safe Web browser extension is installed/enabled with Chrome, my default browser.
Thanks, very helpful, though none of them mention "internet security" or "safe web" etc. I assumed "Norton GO Anti-Virus" is JUST an anti-virus product, ie. excludes internet security; and that the other GO products therefore include internet security. But in the above linked table, the only difference between GO Anti-Virus and GO Standard is the amount of cloud storage; and then GO Deluxe just adds parental control/school time. So do they all include internet security, in fact? or all exclude it? I'm not fussed about VPN, but do want to be sure that I've got internet security (ie. safe browsing etc) and not just virus protection. Hello Jenny L. This article give all the subscriptions and their features for Norton GO. Click the key features link in blue near the bottom. Norton GO Platinum appears to be the only product which comes with a VPN added.
