Apple Catalina compatibility

I have worked twice with Norton to resolve an issue with 360 on my MaC.  NORTON has twice reloaded 360 but it still does not work.  When I boot my computer Norton says I need to update preference which I do then it tells me to shut down which I do.  When I sign in it tells me to update my preferences and shut down so I am in a never ending loop of shutting down to use the product.  Norton worked fine until I update my operating system to Catalina.  It works fine on my wife's Microsoft laptop.  Whats worse I seem to be unable to chat with someone from NORTON.

I can't even contact chat or local support.  Horrible support.

Norton has reinstalled their product twice and it has not resolved the issue.

 

OS updates on Windows often mess up applications including Norton. A Norton reinstall is often necessary to get things working correctly again. 

Try uninstalling your Norton, restart your computer, then reinstall Norton from your Norton Account. Be sure you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available. Then test to see if you still see this issue.
