As Apple Mail sounds like you are using a Mac, I’ve had your thread moved to the Mac board for better exposure to Mac users.
I have also lost the ability to view graphics / images within mail since updating Norton. So, how to I undo whatever these new Norton settings are so that I can once again read my emails properly? Best wishes, Andrew
