Many thanks, TomV; we've solved the problem...turns out that we forgot to enter what language we wanted info to be sent in on a drop-down tab, and doing that fixed everything; suggest you have a warning message come up indicating if a tab/drop-down hasn't been filled in before a user is allowed to proceed.
