Hi! Recently we  founded out that our website sheca.com can not be reached on computers with Norton.and it turns out that one of the supporting tools for USB Key users to download from our website was detected as virus by several antivirus software.

HOWEVER, our professionals have also performed detection for this supporting tool with antivirus software such as QIHOO, King Soft, Kaspersky and none of the test results indicates virus.  Also we have already been on the white list of QIHOO and King Soft for quite a long time.

So here is the problem, as a business company in China, we provides a lot of service for our clients. And the supporting tool which was detected as"virus" is very necessary for helping our clients while using our products. And now it actually turns out to be a mistake, we officially apply for changing our rating to green.

Hi.

The language setting may be the reason leading to the error. You can try to set language to "中文（简体，中国）".

@Ruby Xiong: I tested yr ShecAid (v1.1.0) on a 64 bit Win 7 Ultimate. I met some errors during the install process.

1. "The filename, directory name, or volume lable synatax is incorrect"

2. "Launcher Error: Unable to open archive file".

3. "NSIS Error: Error launching installer".
