I have another issue besides time limit not working. I can not use Norton Family to monitor or control whatever apps can be used by my son as the list of apps in account settings is empty. It seems like NF does not scan any apps installed on my Windows 8 desktop. Did I miss anything or NF is designed not to have this feature?
