Issue abstract:Assistive Ball block my Norton 360

Detailed description: I try set up my Norton 360 on my phone but assistive ball block Norton. I cant switch off assistive ball because dosent exist on my phone.

Product & version number: oppo a72 model cph2067

OS details: V11.1

That message is not saying you have Assistive Ball, but that you may have something like that app. Look in Android Settings > Accessibility and look at installed services. Try disabling any you see and then try setting up Norton again. You can go back and turn on any services you disabled after Norton hopefully installs.
