At Risk message / subscription status

I am using Norton Internet Security and it is displaying a message that my computer is at risk.  When I click on the fix now it runs through the cycle but is unable to fix the problem and I am still seeing the message.  If I attempt to do a system scan it tells me my product is inactive though I have 63 days remaining.  I have downloaded and run Power eraser twice, which found two .exe files that were removed.  This did not solve the problem.  I tried running Power eraser again and it found a bunch of .dll files none of which a cloud scan was able to positively identify as a threat.  I am running windows XP service pack 3 and Norton Internet Security version 20.2.0.19.  Any help you could provide would be great.
