At start up: NIS allows access to +/- subsystem apps

W7 64bits Norton 20.3. Yes, my printer is wireless.
I am not printing or anything relating to it, while i see those pages in Norton History. My spool file is empty. 

You do not need to be printing anything for the Spooler service to be active. This way it is waiting for when you want to print something.

 

This is a normal Windows operation.
