The original thread, att.com login quit working with ID Safe, has since been closed/locked. 60 days have passed since it's last post. I wanted to update the login issue(s) since December 2012.
Those of us who posted to the original thread, were having the same or similar issues. ID Safe would only fill in the username, but not the password when trying to auto-login to the site. Even after deleting the login info from ID Safe, then re-entering details for a different AT&T login page, the issue remained the same.
Most of us who posted used the 'Report Issue' feature. I don't know about the other users who posted, but logging into AT&T yesterday, I was once again auto-logged in all the way .. username and password both.
I don't know if it was Symantec or AT&T that fixed the login problem. If Symantec, then a gratitude of Thanks from me.
Feedback would be good from other AT&T customers, to hear if their login issues were either fixed, or if they had any issues to begin with.
