If you are a Norton Utilities customer,
You may encounter the error message: "Core product(s) have been modified. Please run Smart update or reinstall the product" when using the Norton Utilities product.
The Norton Utilities team is aware of this issue and they are already working on a fix that will be released via Smart Update.
Action Needed: No action needed. Feel free to dismiss/ignore the error dialogue and the product will continue to work normally.
We appreciate your patience and I will update this thread when the fix is out.
