Authenticator Issues (Codes are not working)

So I have a new phone but that was last year.  I transferred everything over, and really didn't come up to a issue until I tried logging in but cannot get past the code screen.  I have tried the 6 digit codes from both Goggle Authenticator and MS authenticator.   I just need to know what or where to find the correct code and move forward!!!  Been going on since last year and have chatted with Norton Chat but no resolution except creating a new account which means I lose all the history and settings!  HELP!!!!

If you cannot find an authentication method you had set up, there is no way to recover your account. This is for the security of your Account information. And as the support agent says, you will have to create a new Norton Account.

You should always set up backup authentication methods that use different devices. ie text or authenticator app on mobile device, and voice authentication using a landline, or a text or authenticator app on a second mobile device belonging to someone you trust (family member/spouse). Did you set up any backup method on a different device that you could use to access your account?

If you had installed an authenticator app that you had on your old phone and you install the same app on your new phone, the authenticator serial numbers will not be the same. So you need to register the newly installed app to your Norton Account.

So what you need is to be able to access your old phone to use the authenticator app from there to access your Norton Account. Then you can register your apps on the new phone.
