Auto protection is grayed out...again

Some of Norton 360 auto protection features are grayed out again. I had this issue before but now I don't have any bad files in File Insight. This issue is pretty old as far as I know and I'm just interested when LifeLock pays attention to this thing? This is not normal when antivirus loses it's settings because of nothing and when there is no threats in system.

Vitalik93:
I tried Remove & Reinstall Tool already and this problem reappeared after reinstallation.

Yes, during years with "grayed settings".
I've waited for Norton to publish detailed, definitive "how to", "what to do if" documentation.
Sorry.....

btw ~ my preference with NRnR tool is Remove Only + scour File Explorer.
btw ~ my reinstall preference is Apps > Uninstall > Uninstall Norton and remove all my user data + scour File Explorer.
Note: not suggesting my reinstall preference will sort your "grayed settings".
FWIW ~ were my machine, I'd run my reinstall preference and if no joy.
I'd keep looking for what Norton does not like.  I've had pita "grayed settings".
Irks me that my pita "grayed settings".   Security History was silent...as I recall.
Just me.

Yeah, I've had grayed settings over years.
Most sorted with machine Restart and a few were Low/Poor Reputation, as far as I know.
Sorry....not helping your grayed settings.

Sorry....Norton "grayed settings" documentation is limited and may not help, as I recall.

Restore Auto-Protect feature if it is grayed out after Norton repairs a threat

I'm glad that restart helped you but it doesn't help me anyway.

Geez, I was hoping.....Sorry.

I noticed grayed settings today after updating my dust collector machine.
I was hoping machine restart would not sort...so, I could try Permalink
~ machine Restart sorted my grayed settings.....Sorry.

Both those comments doesn't help me. Still having this problem...

Curious...have you tried (then or now)

Turn Off Norton Product Tamper Protection.
