I purchase my norton delux 360 from a shop. I always take off the auto renewal but I must have forgotten to do this. I did not realised that auto renew was on my norton and did not know the date of renewal as it does not show up on the Norton home page when you sign in anymore.
I was charged over seventy four pounds for something that would have cost me under twenty pounds from a store. I am not working and need the money for food, bills etc. Norton are not being helpful and I do not think I will get any kind of refund. I have spoken to them over the phone and live chat without any real help and no refund of substantial partial refund.
Please can someone help and I really do need the money.
I will never purchase another norton product again and I have been with them for years
would someone be able to give me some much needed advice please. I am in England and have not had any help from Norton via phone or chat sessions. seventy four plus pounds is a huge amount of money when you are not working.
