My laptop came with a trial version of Norton that ran out January of last year. I bought a year of Norton Internet Security for $50 on January 27, 2011. I set up auto-renewal, thinking that I would be charged $50 in January 2012. Unfortunately, the bill came and I was in fact charged $70 on January 12, 2012. I didn't pay $70 at first, so why this time? It's the exact same service. I disabled auto-renewal and might give Norton a call to see what is going on. I want my subscription for the price I paid the first time, or else I want a refund so I can switch to another Internet Security provider.
