Auto renewal just activated on old XP Pro 32bit but bought a new pc today with win 7 Pro 64bit

Hi everyone, how do I transfer my internet security 2010 to my new PC. I have the product code. Do I uninstall on old PC and reinstall on new PC. If someone could just go through this with me I'd appreciate it.
