Auto Renewal opt-out

Windows 10: Under my account/my subscriptions, I see no option for status of auto-renewal.  There is a notice that my subscription expires in a few days and a button on the right stating "Renew Now" .  How do I confirm that I have opted out of auto renewal?

It would be a lot better if Norton showed the "Auto-Avtivate" switch on or off.

Thanks everyone;  especially for hiding my subscription code.  It would be a lot better if Norton showed the "Auto-Avtivate" switch on or off.

Yes, in UI, auto renewal = off shows "Days Remaining"

In My Norton Account, auto renewal = off  shows "Activate Subscription Renewal"

My Norton Sub Date.jpg

  • Automatic Renewal On = Subscription Status: Active (click Active - # Days Remaining)
  • Automatic Renewal Off with < 365 Days Remaining = Subscription Status: # Days Remaining | Renew

I believe, if you had turned off auto-renewal, where you're seeing the "Renew Now" button, it previously showed "Activate Subscription Renewal".

Note, you might want to check your email for any offers from Norton, including in your Spam inbox.  These typically have a discounted offer to renew by as much as 50% in the last couple weeks before the end date.

If you don't receive a renewal offer by email in the next week or so, you could try contacting Norton Support in your last week and see if they'll offer a discount.  If not, just click the renewal button on April 3rd.

Please edit mask your product key.

I have auto renew and there is a blue link that says "cancel auto renewal". I would assume if you do not see this link then you do not have auto renew.

You can always check with Norton Support by chat.
