Auto Shut-down Not Working (Norton 360)

I am a Comcast/XFinity customer, and I get my Norton product through them.  Recently, there was an update to my Norton and it was changed from Norton Security Suite to Norton 360.  Every day when I shut down my computer I perform a Quick Scan, and select in the drop-down box to Shut-down my computer after completion of the scan.  Ever since this new upgrade (if you want to call it that), even when I select this option (Shut-down after completing the Quick Scan), my computer does not shut down.  Before the upgrade I never had this issue before, and it always automatically shut down.  It was a convenient way for me to shut-down my computer automatically every day after performing a scan, and now I need to shut it down manually after the scan is completed.  Any solutions to this?  Thanks.
