Auto Upgrade

I had an account for a computer that is no longer working and last month I was charged for a renewal for the Norton subscription.  I never never got any sort of notification of this because norton emails go to my spam box.  I tried to cancel the auto renewal for the future but I can not do it because I do not have an order number.  Also, I would like a refund for the amount that was harged to my account for the renewal.
