Automated Voice System Cannot Hear Me

On my mobile, I called the priority member services number 1.833.667.8661 also 1.800.745.6061 however the automated voice system cannot hear my responses and hangs up on me.  I made sure that I wasn't muted and tried both the speaker phone on and off.  I have to register a fraudulent account on my credit report with Norton Lifelock.  Please direct me to proper location for resolution.
