Automatic actions?

Hi

even though I have it set to notify me first before taking actions on low threats it automatically deletes them..it used to show them and give me the choice...another thing it does is that it will sometimes delete a new download that I know is good without sending anything to quarentine...anyway to fix these 2 problems?
