Hoping someone can shed some light - my automatic backup is not automatically backing up!!
I'm trying to backup to my 25G online storage. It's all set up and I can manually backup fine but it won't automatically backup (which is what I've set it to) even when I leave the computer and internet connection running for hours. My idle settings are set to 5mins and I have prevented my computer going to standby (as this looses my internet connection).
Does anyone know what's going wrong? My backup set is only about 100MB of which there would only be a couple of changed/new files in any given day that would need to be backed up. Does Norton only try backing up once a day online or is it anytime the computer is idle?
I just upgraded to Premium Edition so I could utilise the extra storage for online backups so it's really getting to me that the product is not doing what it's supposed to do!!
