Automatic Renewals

Feedback to Norton as there seems to be no other way of contacting you.  Is it not possible to make it slightly more obvious how you can cancel automatic renewal.  I stopped using the product two years ago and could find no way of cancelling my subscription.  This year when I got the e-mail telling me that my credit card had been debited with another years fee, I made a determined effort to discover how to cancel to avoid paying again in 2011.  Removing the product was easy, stopping paying for it was less easy.

Hi klindup,

PS: I will ask a moderator to move your post to the NIS/NAV section.

Yaso, I guess this is the NIS/NAV section.

Klindup, you could try accessing this website https://refunds.norton.com/en/  for you refunds.

It is now because the moderator moved it. It was initially posted in Forum Feedback.

Best wishes.

klindup Hi,  :smileyhappy:

You've received some excellent advice on how to resolve this problem and, I trust, it has now been fixed.

If so, please mark this item as "Solved" so that others may see it and read the answers.

One thing you do not mention is whether you are continuing to use Norton, as I believe it is a wonderful way to keep your computer perfectly safe and this is from a very dedicated team of hard-working people at Symantec.

Also, there is no need to purchase from Symantec.  Their programs are available at much reduced prices from reputable dealers, world-wide.

I hope you are still enjoying the benefits of Norton.

Cheers,

drshlomo.
