"awaiting agent backup"

Hello, I have been trying to back up my files today since 9am. I am using Windows 7 Premium and NOBU 2.0

My agent/client relationship seems to be disconnected: I have been stuck in the "awaiting agent backup" phase for HOURS. I have tried restarting, a system restore, stopping the NOBU service and restarting it...I don't know what else to do. Please advise!

If you can send me your Norton account email address, via private message only please, I can have our engineering team cancel the job server side. It sounds like the backup was started properly but lost communication between you and the backend servers.

This happens to me every single time I try to upload a new group of my files.  I have learned to reboot my computer in between sessions.  This seems to clear the server and break any connection, so you can restart fresh.

I've sent you the contact number for my Tier 3 group so we can get this solved for you.  It's sounding more and more that there is a connection drop taking place which the reboot restores. However thats based on a educated guess at the moment. A live session will help solve that.
