My computer crashed because of malware that Norton did not pick up. I had to have a new hard drive installed. Thankfully, I had just done a back up the night before the computer crashed. I do not want to install Norton on my computer again. It slowed down the computer, and did not do its job, so I do not want it installed! How can I get my information back? Also, why did your program not pick up the malware? It seems worthless to pay for a program that did not work, and now I could have bought a new computer by the time I've finished paying for parts and tech. Plus all the time I've spent myself trying to get the computer back up. I ran virus scans like I was supposed to. Do you have a guarantee on your product? Thank you for your help.
