Backdoor.Tidserv!inf Infected file: volsnap.sys

I am asked to manually remove Backdoor.Tidserv!inf Infected file: volsnap.sys size: 239kb but when i try i get a message saying i need permission to perform this action from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this file. how do i get around this?

please do not delete the volsnap.sys file. the file needs to be cured/replaced. it is an important system file. someone with  more knowledge on this will assist you.

floplot has told me to visit other sites for more info and topopurim47 has told me not to remove the file, I dont want to do anything I cant reverse, your link works but I am not sure what to do. Please reply and let me know if I should run the program or if I should wait for further instruction. Thankyou for your assistance Quads.
