In my 'Norton online backup' , I want to remove one of the PCs backed up contents, but I don't see any buttons or any help guide to assist me?
The reason I'm doing this is that I don't really need to buy any more storage space, and the other PC isn't all that important, in terms of whats on it.
Any help pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.
I have this same question, I was searching and found your question. I also want to delete all my stored online back up and my hard drive back up too. Then I can back up from scratch what I have on the computer now. Hope someone answers us !

It's really simple in that particular instance. Once you have logged into Norton Online Backup look in the upper left. You'll see a row of links. One of them is Add Computer and the other is Remove Computer. Click on Remove Computer and follow the directions from there. It will will remove the PC you specify from Norton Online Backup, uninstall the software from the associated computer (if its online) and the quota will be updated to reflect the change.
Note this is different from purging files from the backup set since removes everything associated to the specific computer.
That's the main login page for the service. If it isn't coming up then you may have other underlying issues. I'll send you a private message with a contact number so you can reach out to our Tier 3 group.
