Hello. I'm using NIS 2010 on two computers. I'm preparing to upgrade both to Win7 64-bit. They're 32-bit now so that will require a complete install which will wipe out all my current progams on the hard drive. The last time I had a hard drive fail I had to use up my last download of the three-computer subscription (I only have two computers) so no more downloads left. Does this mean I'll have to purchase more downloads now? I renewed my current subscription a month ago so that would cost as much as I just paid to keep protection on the same two computers. Is there another way to load Norton back on my systems after upgrading besides downloading from my account? Also, is there another way to get that last download back should I decide to purchase a third computer anytime soon. I hope this makes sense. I'd wanted to just use the search feature but couldn't figure out how exactly to address this specific concern so I just posted instead. Anyway, thanks for the advice.
