Running N360, and back in September the backup failed. I can't remember how it was fixed, but it finally was. Now it's failed again. I'm not a techie, and frankly have neither the time nor the inclination to have to screw with this every three months. And of course if I call for help there's a charge. Can somebody fix for free? Very frustrating.
