Hmm…I only run manual backups. Not scheduled. I don’t recall popup/notification.
Do you recall popup/notification “backup complete” other than > Complete?
The last backup was yesterday.
No speed issues or connection. Or storage capacity problems.

Maybe, your 22.24.7.8 default view is Norton 360 - My Norton.
My 22.24.7.8 default view is Norton 360 Classic.
Switch between My Norton and Classic
