"Backup @ RISK Message" ... Reactivation Required

Just renewed my Norton 360 for three PC's running WIN 7.  One of the PC's say that Backup @ RISK: "To ensure  continued access to online backups, please log on to your Norton account and reactivate using your new subscription."  Multiple attempts to fix the issue results in a message: "We are unable to proceed with action at this time.  Please try later."  Have re-entered the new key in Norton Management of devices with no success.  What can I do to clear the @ RISK message?
