Backup set lost after reinstall

Hi

I´ve done a complete reinstall of Norton 360 and in the process lost my current backup set. I still have the backup files saved on an external drive and would like to continue using my backup set used prior to reinstall. Is there a way to find these somewhere and have the program use them instead of having to make a new set and delete the backupfiles, starting from zero.

Hi Lars,

This page may help U out. For example, you may need to pay a visit to the Online Storage. Meantime, have you checked the "Where (Online)" tab in your Norton 360?
