Need your help. I have payed for Norton for over 20 yrs( Multiple computers). I had Backed up my old laptop with the norton back up. However i put it on a portable usb drive. Well i need someone to help me find my music in the “backup file” from the drive. I have 2 ipods one 2GB that is at least 10yrs old and an ipod 160GB that are give or take about the same. I bought a HIFI Walker H2 HIFI digital audio player. Problem is I know my music is on the portable usb drive in a norton 360 backup. If its possible i would like to OPEN/UNPACK ETC the Norton 360 Backup and have it go to same usb drive(as i dont want the fixed laptop to get screwed up as it took 4 yrs to save the money to actually fix it) . Please whoever reads this I NEED YOUR HELP I just spent $400 dollars to fix the laptop so if i can hopefully figure out or get step by step instructions how to do this i would kiss your feet im that desperate I have BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE. Please someone anyone help i have been looking for a month I either cant understand what the instructions are telling THEY SPEAK INFO IN COMPUTER SAVANT plus other reasons. If it helps laptop is Asus Vivobook17 running windows 10 or 11. The portable usb hard drive is WD My book 4TB. Beg for ANYONES help.
