What has happened to the old backup? I had several backup sets to a NAS, Norton 360 updated today and can only find reference to Cloud Backup, if I select local HD then it only offers internal HD’s and not former paths to the NAS. Is this another way Norton are trying to extract more cash?

Backupper pro, todo Backup
Norton Backup is useless, yes it backs up important files but if something happens you have to reinstall windows, reinstall all programs and restore the backup.
Image Software HD backup, something happens when booting from the stick while logging on to the Nas, the image is restored after 5 minutes, in the same place.
