This support is pretty unreliable here.
Each time i am told something different. twice tonight i was told they would call back and no one called. Then this third guy actually said that multiple attempts were made to contact me and that is a blatant lie. My phone has no record of that. And i was by my phone in all cases and times they said they would call. This is 2025. Our phones record the incoming call times. This guy lied to me. No one has called me back. my case has been stuck at L3 for over a week. I was told tonight that an L3 person would call me and fix this issue but that is untrue. The front line support doesnt seem to know anything at all these days. I am disappointed with Norton now. it used to be better managed. This is a fail for sure. i need help with this. it shouldnt take weeks. When and how will i get an update. They said this would take 2 to 3 days max. That was not true. They tell me things that just never happen. Why do they do that?
