Banking Protection/Isolation Mode Problems with Firefox & Google

Banking Protection/Isolation Mode was working fine two days ago in Firefox (78.0.2), but now it isn't.

I am running Norton 360 22.20.4.57 on Windows 7 and I am logged into my Norton account in Firefox.

If I go to a site such as PayPal, the site will begin to load and then it will attempt to refresh and go into Isolation Mode, but all I get is a blank browser window.  This occurs with any banking site.

I have restarted Firefox, rebooted the PC, disabled all Firefox add-ons & extensions.  I have no idea what is causing this.

I then attempted to use Chrome.  In Chrome, it will work partially.  The site will load with the green border and it will say that Banking Protection is Enabled, but when I attempt to log in, it will continuously reload the login page in an endless loop.

Any help with this would be appreciated

Hello Meatball. Just mark your last post as the solution if you have solved the issue with the browser cookie / cache clearing.

Cheers

Update: I deleted all cookies related to Norton and now isolation mode will function.  I would have deleted the thread but there is no option to do that.
