Sorry if this is in the wrong section!
I have an annoying batch file running as described in title. It runs on startup(I believe) and every 20 minutes beginning 6 minutes after the hour. This batch file interrupts everything for only part of a second, flashes a box in the upper left of the screen. I see no text as it closes so fast. It messes up the entry of passwords and it is just bloody annoying. I believe it began when I briefly used Norton Password. I recall seeing a solution posted on the Norton community help site, but I cannot find it to save my sanity!!
Any advise on how I could track down this bat file would be so appreciated. TIA !!
