I'm using IE10 on Windows 8 desktop with Norton toolbar disabled because it takes up space. I still have vulnerability protection and identity safe enabled. When I right click on the top of the IE10 window I get a context menu with options to view the menu bar, favorites, to lock or unlock all bars etc. For some reason, the Norton toolbar selection appears blank as in the picture bellow. If you click on it, it works, but this is strange and can confuse users. Am I the only one getting this behavior or is it a bug?
