A blocked email address continues to get through anti-spam. I verified it is on the blocked list, both as an individual email address and as a domain.
Here are my settings.
Product: N360 5.1.0.29
email Client: Outlook 2007
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
Type email: POP3
Incoming Port: 995
Encrypted SSL: yes
I confirmed with the ISP that those are the right email settings.
Suggestions?
I'm not using the ISP antispam, so that's not it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Your mail is coming in as SSL on port 995. Norton is still not able to scan encrypted emails or those sent through other than the normal pop3 110/25 ports.
