Blocked podcasts

Hi,

I have 2 children on Norton Family Safety and two unmonitored accounts for my wife and I.

I use Zune (like Itunes) software to check and automatically download new podcasts such as Mark Belling at http://belling.com/podcast/MarkBelling.xml or Jason Lewis at http://www.ktlkfm.com/podcast/jasonlewis2.xml every day.

The problem is that Norton reports that my daughter is trying to access a blocked website (if my daughter was signed in at any time since the last restart-and I restart weekly) and blocks it. Her account has programs running but my account is open, or I have logged out but both accounts still have programs running.  I then go to Norton  to allow access to this website but it continues night after night until I restart. I assume this is because the website changes with each new day, a new web address for each show episode.

First, why is Zune using my daughter's account when Zune was installed only on my account? Second, how to keep Norton from denying Zune  access to the websites when it does use my daughter's account?

I am using Windows XP.

Thank you,
