i'm downloading a game called Ragnarok online so after i finish downlading it..norton 360 will scan it and after norton scan the games it will said that there is a error then it will delete the game i downloaded i already download it twice the second one is i turn off my firewall but it still delete the whole file..and i don't think there's a virus on that game coz many of my friend are playing it for a long time..so how can i install the game?.. should i delete norton 360 first before i install it? or is there a access for it to install in my computer..tnx for reading my problem..
