Blocking unwanted IP addresses

In checking in the the Help Support area of Norton, it stated I could block IP address through

 ( Control Center, click Reputation > Policies > Bad Senders or Reputation > Policies > Good Senders.)

dProblem is, I can't find the "Control Center".  Where is it?  Or, if someone knows exactly how to block IP Addresses in Norton  Thanks

You can create a firewall rule in Norton 360 to block all communications to/from a specific IP Address. You can refer to the steps from the following Symantec KB:
