One way to do that is to use a different hosts file that blocks sites that are deemed to be hijackers, spammers, etc.
<http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm> claims to be "the #1 rated hosts file on the internet."
I use it on some of our computers. It works well. They are recommended by some well known internet personalities and websites.
One advantage is that you can edit your hosts file to add a specific site. (After serching the file to see that it's not already there.) In your case you would add:
127.0.0.1 com.sensa.co.il
to the file. I always put the ones that I add near the top so when I open the file I can see them immediately.
They have two links for "special instructions" for Vista and Win 7 installations.
Install and edit using an admin account. Then restart.
Disclaimer: YMMV, etc. Beginner level PC users should not do this. If you do it wrong you can cause a problem for your computer. Get knowledgeable help if necessary. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Interesting, I wasn't aware of this site. Another option might be to reset your Hosts file back to the default. Here's a URL for a Microsoft Fix It that does that....
