Bloodhound.Exploit.196 Keeps Appearing on Startup

Hello everyone --

I have removed Bloodhound.Exploit.196 about 9 times in my last 9 reboots.  It was originally "locked" in one of the Windows Vista System Restore folders.  I unlocked the folder and it was erased directly from that location.  However, it now keeps re-appearing in the Symantec Antivirus folder, "C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition\7.5\xfer" and the results say that it is "cleaned", but it still bothers me that, for some reason, it keeps re-appearing and also re-appearing within the anti-virus program's system folder.  I have manually deleted this folder and its contents before but it looks as if it is continually created.

Does anybody have a solution to remove the file from my system for good?  I can take comfort for now in the fact that it continually is cleaned, but I'd like to fix this problem.
