Gents, I have a problem. This little bugger got onto one of my machines via an infect thumb drive, then propagated to another networked machine via shared folders. Every time I think it's stamped out, it pops back up, prompting another round of full scans, plus shots of the MS Malicious Software Removal Tool.

NIS 2010 keeps blocking execution - it says! - but yet I keep getting instances found and quarantined, a dozen at a time. This started on an XP Pro SP3 machine, and migrated via the USB drive to a Vista Home Premium SP2 x64 machine, then by network to a Windows 7 Home Premium x32 machine. Norton 2010 is running on both Vista and Win7 machines.
Currently I have all machines disconnected from the network to avoid more cross-pollination, but I need some help in getting this dang thing eliminated once and for all. Please?
Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I don't know where else to turn.
