This seems to be something new. When computer has been freshly started, and Norton Security is opened, usually the first time, nothing happens for a few or for several seconds, and then a screen comes up with a blue circle, and the message, "Loading...", which remain for several seconds, before the normal Norton Security front window opens. I have been finding this to happen on one particular laptop - cannot remember if it also is happening on 'the other' laptop.
