Blue Screen of Death whenever Norton 360 started to scan

Hi all,
I need some professional advice.

Whenever I run Norton 360 virus scan, the Blue Screen of Death appears.
Even in silent mode, idle scan, when the virus scan starts, it seems that Norton 360 triggers the BSOD.

I am not 100% sure if Norton 360 causes the crash or some conflicts between the drivers or hardware problems triggered the BSOD. If I disable Norton 360, the computer can runs for weeks without BSOD.
The computer passed the cpu test and ram test. It is run in default settings i.e. no overclock.
Temperature of the cpu never exceeds 32degrees. Temperature of the GPU never exceeds 35degress.

I am aware of previous posts regarding the windows update KB 2670838 might cause the BSOD but i do not find it in the installed list of windows update.

All the drivers and the Norton 360 are up-to-date.

Here's the system spec.:

Norton 360 Premier Edition - version 21.4.0.13
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP1

Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.2G
Gigabyre H97-D3H motherboard
Asus GTX 770 DirectCU II 2GD5
Kingston 8GB ram KVR16N11/8
WD 10EZEX Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
CoolerMaster GXII Pro 550W power supply
Asus DVDRW writer
CoolerMaster Nepton 140XL Liquid CPU cooler

I hope someone can help me in solving the problem.
I just need to disable the Norton 360 program before there is a solution.

Thanks everyone!

Cheers,
Pleiades
