Blue screen of death

I keep getting BSODs and others have determined that it is my Norton product. I disabled the firewall and antivirus auto-protection, but got a BSOD today. I  uploaded the mini dump file to OneDrive, and here is the public link:

My computer recently had to be completely wiped clean as I kept getting the fatal blue screen of death.  I had downloaded Norton from the internet directly but do not know how to put it back on.  Ihave been using the free one that came with my computer but that runs out tomorrow - what do I do?  Ihave the product key, but do not know what to do with it.
